DJH & Partners LLP, formerly known as DMEA Chartered Accountants LLP (“DMEA”), is a public accounting firm located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We offer a full range of assurance, accounting, management consulting and tax services to serve the unique needs of small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries in the local communities.
During our long career, we realized that many accounting and tax services were using a generic approach to meet client needs which resulted in higher cost and higher dissatisfaction. Don Wang, CPA, CA
Don Wang, CPA, CA, is the founding partner of DJH & Partners LLP. Don has many years of experience in different industries like manufacturing, financial and trading companies and not-for-profit organizations. Don has recently completed an in-depth tax course offered by CPA Ontario and he will obtain the TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation in fall 2019.
Don enjoys volunteering and is an active member of the community to help new immigrants and youth to adept to the community. Despite of his busy schedule, Don enjoys running and has participated in a few Marathon events in Toronto and Ottawa areas.
Jack Xi, CPA, CGA, MBA
Jack Xi, CPA, CGA, MBA has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, and used to be a controller for a private company before he joined DJH & Partners LLP. The rich experience gave him a better understanding of clients’ real needs and enable him to provide feasible and practical solutions to the clients. Jack provides personal touch to each client in the most timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
When Jack is not in the office, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking and camping. A healthy work-life balance brings a healthy, fun and positive mindset, and that’s the mindset Jack utilizes when he interacts with all his clients.
Helen Hou, CPA, CA, MBA
Helen Hou, CPA, CA, has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining DJH & Partners LLP in 2019, she held various manager and senior manger roles for several mid-sized public accounting firms. Helen has worked with several large corporate groups, and has experience in complicated tax planning and international taxes. With the booming real estate market in the greater Toronto area in recent years, Helen has been involved in the structuring and financial reporting of real estate development projects and partnership structures.
Helen’s goal is to serve the best interest of her clients and she is known to be trustworthy and resourceful.
